Inventory Lookup by Product

Select Inventory Lookup by Product

• To perform an Inventory Lookup by Location, first navigate to Inventory → Lookups → Inventory Product Lookup.

• Once selected, the user has several search options, including product SKU, product description, serial or LPN.

Lookup Functions

• After a valid search has been made, all areas containing that product will be displayed, along with total, inbound, outbound and available quantities.

• Clicking the ‘Inventory’ button for any area that currently has inventory will show all locations in that area that contain the product.

• The ‘History’ button will display all previous transactions in that area pertaining to the searched product.
