Inventory Lookup by Location

To perform an Inventory Lookup by Location, first navigate to Inventory → Lookups → Inventory Location Lookup.
Once selected, the user can enter the Area and Location that they would like to view inventory for.

Once a valid location has been entered and searched, the location’s details will then be displayed, including products in the location, total quantity, inbound and outbound quantity and location check status.
Functions:
- Clicking ‘Pending Activity’ will show any work currently associated with this location.
- ‘History’ allows you to view all previous transactions performed at this location.
- Provided a user has the correct authorizations, they can select ‘Adjust Inventory’ to change the quantity of any products in the location or add new products.
- The ‘More’ and ‘Details’ buttons will display further Inventory Level Details.
- The ‘Hold Inventory Code’ and ‘Location Check’ fields can also be updated from here, given the correct authorizations.
