Select Inventory Transaction Report

• Inventory Transaction Report will typically be found under Inventory → Reporting → Inventory Transaction Report.

Open

Perform a Lookup

• Here, the user has several options to filter for specific or general transaction reports.

  • Task - Select the desired task that performed the transaction - or view all.

  • Date - Filter by a day, or date range, as well as desired timestamps.

  • Product - View transactions for a specific product.

• Once all parameters have been entered, click ‘Search’.

Open

• All relevant information for transactions that match the specifications will be displayed, including area/location, transaction/before/after quantities, WCN, Activity Date and the user that performed the transaction.

• Further filtering can also be done by Column using the field above to include or exclude certain results.
