Negative and Zero Inventory Lookup

Select Negative and Zero Inventory Lookup

• This lookup will usually be found under Lookups → Lookups→ Inventory Negative and Zero Lookup.

• Once selected you will be taken to the default lookup screen showing all locations with negative inventory. Here you can see information such as the Area and Location, as well as the product, exact quantity, any putaways, restocks, or picks active at this location, and if there is a location check.

• Clicking the filter dropdown will enable you to view the locations with zero inventory.

• From here, you can view the product history to see associated transactions, perform a Location Lookup for this location, or create/remove a location check on this location.
