Pack Scan Product
Select Pack Scan Product
Pack Scan Product is usually found under Outbound → Packing → Pack Scan Product
Once selected, scan the work bench where the packing will be performed and labels will be printed.
Perform Packing
Once a valid workbench is scanned, enter the cart ID that contains the orders to be packed.
Shipments can also be voided by scanning the tracking number.
The user will then be prompted to enter the LPN tied to the indicated cart slot.
After the LPN is scanned, the sales order lines will be displayed. When scanning products from the cart, they will be verified against the Sales Order (SKU and Quantity).
The user has options to view the Work Detail with the ‘Work Lookup’ button, or to send the order to Trouble, should an issue occur.
Once all items are scanned and the order is fulfilled, select ‘Cart Full’ to continue on to Shipping.
Perform Shipping
The user will then be prompted to enter shipping details, such as weight (can be retrieved from an integrated scale), box size, and carrier and service. The user can click Rate Shop to view shipping costs and select the desired option. Click ‘Process Shipment’ to confirm the details and print the shipping label.
Authority
This feature can only can be used with authority 'EMPTYTOTE'.
