Setting up FedEx Test Account

  • Go to “Develop & Test” option and click “GET STARTED”, then at the next page click “GET YOUR TEST KEY”. Then an email will be sent to the customer. 

  • FedEx will send an email with Password, Account Number, Meter Number and Hud ID. FedEx should also send an email about the Authentication Key. 

  • Use the highlighted information above to complete setup under JASCI’s “Carrier Integration”

Setting up FedEx Production Account

  • Go to tab “Move to Production” and click “Get Production Key” 

  • Select the options in the first step based on following, then click “Continue”

  • Complete the registration process. During the process, it requires you to fill out the Production Account Number. All of the customer’s account numbers can be found under the user icon → “My Profile” → Account Management, as seen in the screenshot below.

  • Sometimes, there may be multiple account numbers. Please check to determine which account you prefer to move to production.  

  • Fill out FedEx Label Evaluation form. The highlighted fields are the necessary information:

  • Email FedEx at label@fedex.com to request production label certification. 

  • Attach 2 documents: 

    • The first document is the evaluation form that’s completed and shown above. 

    • The second document if the Sample Production label. This can be found in the company’s google drive. 

  • You will receive another email from FedEx for the production account information, which looks similar to the testing account. The production information will be requested as well; please wait until FedEx emails back to confirm that the production labels are approved. 

  • Repeat the Carrier Integration Setup in the same steps to complete UAT FedEx Carrier Integration.
