Recent releases from our Production deployment Version #90 include numerous updates that we believe you will find helpful. Please note that all releases apply to all customers and do not require setting up unless stated otherwise. Program updates include:

Allocation/Cartonization

NONCON works will assign a unique work control number shipping value and not assign order hold=PALLETIZING. This does not apply to all customers and an execution is required to be added into the allocation/cartonization flow in order for this to be set up. Get Inventory Adjustment Scheduler (Integration)

This code now updates back to the interface in the same sequence as the 'create_date'. Also, if it errors out in the interface table, a retry logic has been added.

Label Headers

New logic added to generate promised date for UCC label. To set up, the JASCI team will need to add label header field 'PROMISED_DATE' to the LABEL_DEFINITIONS table to display on UCC label.

LPN Route Assignment

Code to release the LPN after an order is complete when the LPN is assigned a route. This does not apply to all customers and the JASCI team will need to make a change execution 'Ste_Be_WesRoutingAssignment' to 'Ste_Be_WesRoutingAssignmentForPutwallCubeLpn'.

Pick/Pack Integrations

If the host API connection is down when JASCI attempts to send Pick/Pack Confirmations, JASCI will now queue the work in a failed state until the next successful communication attempt. Once a successful attempt is made, JASCI will resend all failed integrations. This does not apply to all customers and JASCI will need to add the pick confirm executions to the workflow. Putwall

Putwall information will show as 'Pending Product' if the product is cut.

Shipment Scheduler

Mapped 'Parent_ASN' field to send in the shipment confirmation. This does not apply to all customers and does not require setup.

Shipment Interface Scheduler

Code enhancement to allow duplicate customer products with different customer line numbers to process through the shipment interface scheduler.

Work Type Assignment Maintenance

Addition of the 'HANDLING_CODE' field, making 'SHIP_VIA' multi-selection, allowing fields ‘CARRIER' and 'CARRIER_SERVICE’ to be multi-selection, adding QUERY15 - QUERY19 fields, and enhancement for selection of QUERY15_QUERY19 fields.
