Overview

  • The LPN Lookup menu option allows you to quickly and easily search an LPN in the system and see a variety of information, including the status, the work assigned, and the last activity.

Select LPN Lookup

  • This menu option can typically be found under the lookup menu profile - in this case

Lookup->Lookups->LPN Lookup

Perform the Lookup

  • Once in the LPN Lookup menu option, scan or enter the LPN you wish to search for. An incorrect entry will return ‘Invalid LPN’

  • The flow will then display a list of information about the LPN, like the status of the LPN, the type, work control number and status of the assigned work (if In Use), and the last activity and date. If there is a work assigned to the LPN, you can click the blue ‘Work Detail’ button to for a simplified view of the line level details of the work, including task, area, product and quantity.
