Select Pack and Ship
Pack and Ship is usually found under Outbound → Packing → Pack & Ship
Once selected, scan the work bench where the packing will be performed and labels will be printed.
After a valid workbench is scanned, scan the LPN of the order to be packed.
If a valid LPN is scanned, the user will be prompted to enter shipping details, such as weight (can be retrieved from an integrated scale), box size, and carrier/service. The user can click Rate Shop to view shipping costs and select the desired option. Click ‘Process Shipment’ to complete the packing and print the shipping label.
The next LPN can then be scanned, a shipment can be voided by entering the tracking number, or the shipping label of the previous shipment can be reprinted. If the user is finished, click the ‘Log Off’ button to free the workbench.
