Select Customer Maintenance

  • Customer maintenance will usually be found in the outbound menu profile under Order Management-> Customer Maintenance.

  • Once selected you can search for and edit an existing customer using several options, or use the blue ‘New’ button to create a new Customer.

  • Once on the Customer Maintenance screen, you can fill in any required and optional information for customer creation, such as Customer ID, address, contact information, special instructions and palette type.
