Tuesday, 19th (Version #114)

Recent releases from our Production deployment Version #114 include numerous updates that we believe you will find helpful. Please note that all releases apply to all customers and do not require setting up unless stated otherwise. Program updates include:

Cluster Cart Putaway

  • New logic where when user loads putaways into a putaway cart, the putaways will go in sequence of the locations that were slotted to.

  • Before the change, if the putaway was not slotted and i load that putaway to the putaway cart, it would sequence the putaway based on the WCN. Now, if the putaway is not slotted, it will sequence the putaway based on cart slot.

Cluster Pick + Other Picking Programs

  • New feature that allows user to scan product variant based on product group code. To setup, the product group barcode will need to be added in Product Maintenance.

  • New feature that allows user to free the cart after an order assigned to cart. Please note that this is a SOW, which is only needed for one customer.

Load History Carrier Description

New execution that can be added to mobile flows to display the carrier ID and description info on mobile screen. To setup, the STE_BE_LoadHistoryCarrierIDDescription execution needs to be added to the packing workflow.

PO Receiving

New Feature (optional) to setup the minimum LPN length acceptable for PO Receiving scan LPN; same logic applies for maximum length as well.

Shipping

New menu option that allows users to pre-print UCC/Carton labels. To setup, JASCI will need to add the new menu option and flow, and in ‘Work Bench Maintenance’, we will need to add the valid work type associated with the flow, which may be different for each company choosing to use this new feature.

Trouble Station

Enhanced logic to add a control for displaying  the only allocatable location inventory during manual. To set up, Trouble ‘Control 09’ needs to be set as ‘On’.
