Select Pack Singles

  • Pack Singles will usually be located under Outbound->Packing->Pack Singles.

  • Once selected, the operator will be prompted to scan the work bench they will be packing at.

  • After scanning the work bench, the operator can begin scanning the LPN of the tote that was used to pick.

  • The user will then be shown the product and quantity required to be scanned, the quantity processed, and if any product was cut. The operator can then scan the indicated product.

  • The next step details shipping information, such as address, weight (which can be taken automatically from a scale), box size, and carrier. There are also options to adjust address, box size, as well as rate shopping and sending an order to Trouble. Once all information has been entered, click ‘Process Shipment’ to complete packing and return to the LPN scan.
