Overview
Replenishment Controls can be adjusted for specific Areas and Work Zones, and allow for fine-tuning of factors such as replenishment areas, methods and fulfillment centers.
Select Replenishment Controls
The Replenishment Controls option can typically be found under Inventory->Replenishment-> Replenishment Controls
From this screen, you can select the green ‘Add New’ button to create replenishment controls for a new Area and Work Zone, or click ‘Edit’ to adjust existing rules. The ‘Copy’ button can also be a helpful tool, if you intend to have multiple areas with identical or similar rules.
Adjust Replenishment Controls
Once the location and area have been selected, the replenishment controls maintenance screen displays several options for replenishment rules. From here, you can choose the area and fulfillment center you wish to replenish from, the method to use, units of measure for min/max, the minimum quantity you want to trigger a replenishment (%), and the percent of locations you would like to remain open.
Once all rules have been set, click the blue ‘Save/Update’ button
