Select Labor Lookup
To perform an Inventory Lookup by Location, first navigate to Inventory → Lookups → Inventory Location Lookup.
Once selected, the user can enter the Area and Location that they would like to view inventory for.
Lookup Functions
Once a valid location has been entered and searched, the location’s details will then be displayed, including products in the location, total quantity, inbound and outbound quantity and location check status.
Functions:
Clicking ‘Pending Activity’ will show any work currently associated with this location.
‘History’ allows you to view all previous transactions performed at this location.
Provided a user has the correct authorizations, they can select ‘Adjust Inventory’ to change the quantity of any products in the location or add new products.
The ‘More’ and ‘Details’ buttons will display further Inventory Level Details.
The ‘Hold Inventory Code’ and ‘Location Check’ fields can also be updated from here, given the correct authorizations.
