Recent releases from our Production deployment Version #93 include numerous updates that we believe you will find helpful. Please note that all releases apply to all customers and do not require setting up unless stated otherwise. Program updates include:

Allocation

User can select area general codes in smart task configurator, to specify areas to allocate from

Setup: Modify in Order Inventory Allocation flow, double click the Allocation Execution to select allocate area / Requires to modify Order Allocation Inventory Flow

Get Pack Shipment Scheduler

If server logs get a 'java.net.UnknownHostException: 5099927.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com' when communicating with NetSuite, this will retry to post 3 more times. If no connection is reached, then 'Error' status will be posted.

Get Inventory Adjustments Scheduler

The 'getInventoryAdjustments' scheduler will only process the amount of line numbers in the adaptor interface table that are in the 'CONTROL10_VALUE' column. This does not apply to all customers, and in order to set up, JASCI will need to set CONTROL10_VALUE in adaptor_interface table to the number of batches per scheduler.

Gravity

When looking up putaway with Gravity, the 'reprint putway' label is now present.

Inventory Interface

Enhancement to distinguish inventory lines based on line number for receiving. This does not apply to all customers and does not require any setup.

Returns Integrations

Download scheduler enhancement to include host_reference01-05 fields in returns integrations.

Returns Receiving

Fix for missing reason code when receiving multiple returns lines at once.
Fix for inventory_controls missing when receiving returns where the same product is on two different lines
Improvement for enhancement for returns receiving logic to allow lines to be split based on host line numbers, in addition to keep splitting more consistent.

Shipment

When customer does a rateshop using 'OnTrac': if the UOM is not already in pounds (lbs), it will convert from ounces (oz) to pounds (lbs) so price will reflect the weight.

Smart Task Configurator Front End

User can select area general codes in smart task configurator, to specify areas to allocate from. To set up, JASCI will need to make a modification in the Order Inventory Allocation flow, and double click the Allocation Execution to select allocate area.
