Select Door Maintenance

  • The Door Maintenance screen can typically be found in the 'Setup' menu profile under Location -> Door Maintenance.

  • Once selected, all existing Doors will be displayed along with several columns of information. Existing Doors can be edited - or click the green ‘Add New’ button to begin creating a new Door.

New Door Creation

  • Once on the Door creation screen, complete the following required fields, as well as any optional fields desired:

    • Door Type - Select the type of the door (Inbound/Outbound)

    • Door - The unique Door ID to be used in work flows and lookups.

    • Description Short - Descriptive information to help users identify the door.

    • Seal Number Required - Require a seal number to be entered before Close Truck.

    • Stage Location - The Stage Location name for the door shown for dropoff after picking.

    • Trailer Type - Preassign a trailer type instead of selecting later.

    • Route - Predefine the route for the door.

    • Door Group - Assign different groups to the door, such as by channel or carrier.

    • Carrier ID Required - Allows for scanning of the carrier ID at the point of Load Truck

    • Pro Number Required - Before Close truck, the user must enter the Pro Number.
