We are committed to ensuring clear communication and alignment between our customer’s expectations and our deployment standards. Our production deployment process is designed to enhance effectiveness, improve organization, and deliver a seamless experience that meets our customers' needs.
To support this effort, here are key details and timelines that ensure smooth coordination:
Deployment Schedule
Standard deployment times are Monday nights (Tuesdays at 2:00 AM EST), unless otherwise communicated via email.
All code for deployment must be approved by the customer by the previous Monday before the scheduled deployment.
Any code approved after Mondays will be included in the following deployment.
Communication and Timelines
External notices and updates will be sent on Fridays, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our customers.
Customers can check our Learning Center and/or the ticket associated with the code for information.
Holiday Restrictions
Deployments will not take place during weeks that include major holidays due to increased risk levels. You will be informed of a revised deployment date if this occurs.
This structured approach ensures that all code is properly tested, communicated, and delivered in a timely manner.
