This new feature will help users fix the orders on their own. This new program is called 'Restart Work' and the purpose of this program is to search for work, manually send it back to Trouble with the intention to re-allocate it, and effectively ‘restart’ the order.

...

Users will first need the authority level for this program that is the ORDERMANAGEMENT:is ‘ORDERMANAGEMENT’.

...

The program is in the path: 'Outbound' -> 'Lookup' -> 'Restart Work', where you can search by WCN or Sales Order ID.

...

Please note that if the Work was already picked, we will display the message bellow, where the user can proceed with the restart but will have to do an inventory adjustment for the picked products:

“Picks have been completed for this work. Proceed with restarting order? Note: picked product will need to be manually adjusted back into

...

inventory”

After the user restarts the WCN, it will be in Trouble View, ready for release.
