Trouble view - Release All
New button that flags orders to be released the next time the Trouble Release scheduler runs. If trouble_controls is not set up for the user, this button will change the name to 'Set to Release' to be more user friendly.
Trouble View
New execution created to flag an order as a trouble order on order download. This will allow an order to be downloaded without any allocation and allow user to manually release from trouble. This will need to to be used in conjunction with the ‘No Allocation Order Download’ scheduler, and don’t ran with the Allocation scheduler.
